Return & Exchange Policy

DBF Driven by Faith Official currently do not offer refunds at this time. Due to the exclusivity for some of our pieces, all sales are considered FINAL upon completion of your purchase unless DBF Driven by Faith Official is responsible for error and falls under fault. PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL- NO EXCEPTIONS 

We do not offer cash refunds however returns are accepted within 7 days after date of delivery. 

Please be kindly advised if the following:

  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code in which will be send to the email on file once processed. 
  • Store credit never expires. 
  • Clients are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return their item(s).
  • We highly encourage our clients to use a trackable carrier service such as UPS Ground shipping.  
  • Items must be sent back within 7 days of the date of delivery. 
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. (Please include all paperwork, invoices and labels)
  • Please allow 5-7 business days to process the return once it is received by our Distribution Center.
  • DBF Driven by Faith Official is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
