Processing Time: Processing time is the time required to process and fulfill a work item. It is the time spent of manufacturing a product or providing a service.
Shipping Time: The time it takes a shipped order to reach its destination.
Shipping Policy
Ready To Ship: Please allow 2-3 business days processing time and an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be shipped excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order and your tracking number. If the shipping address was entered in correctly or you’d like to amend the information, please contact our Client Care expeditiously. Modifications of any sort cannot be made once the order has been shipped. Customers will be responsible for extra fees incurred if delivery was delivered to an incorrect address.

Shipping cost is calculated based on a few factors:

• Location of Delivery
•Dimensions of Box & Poly mailers
To remain competitive and cost effective, all orders $150 or more is honored FREE SHIPPING.
We ship parcel via UPS and USPS shipping carriers. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing time. Business days does not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping can be requested for ready to ship orders.
As we strive to process orders as fast as possible, please be kindly advise that some shipping carriers may experience delays due to reasons beyond our control. Again, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details once your order is shipped. Please ensure all information provided is correct and accurate.
